Terms of Use

These Terms of Use, together with the Client Agreement, Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, AML/KYC Policy and Execution Policy, govern your access to this website and trading services provided by DOYOS Global Ltd (Reg-No C188915, FSC Mauritius License GB24101245). By registering, funding or trading, you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility, KYC and Account Opening

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract. Restricted jurisdictions include USA, Iraq, Iran, India, UAE, Russia and North Korea, plus any jurisdiction where our services would be unlawful.

• Provide true, current and complete information and promptly update changes of address, email or ownership.
• Complete KYC verification: government ID, proof of address, and where required source of funds, employment and beneficial ownership — see KYC Policy and AML Policy.
• One set of credentials per person unless separately approved. You are responsible for safeguarding MT5 and portal logins.
• We may approve, restrict or decline applications, request enhanced due diligence, or close unverified accounts.

3. Orders, Execution and Platform Use

Trading is offered on an execution-only basis via MT5 (desktop, mobile and Web Terminal). We do not provide personal investment advice. Market education in the Academy is general information only.

• Orders may be market, limit, stop or stop-limit, with optional stop-loss and take-profit. Execution follows the Execution Policy and prevailing liquidity; slippage, requotes and partial fills may occur.
• Quotes, spreads and contract details in Specifications and Spreads are indicative and may change with volatility, rollover or corporate actions.
• Expert Advisors, signals and copy tools are used at your own risk. Local EAs stop if your terminal disconnects.
• Prohibited practices include latency abuse, price-feed manipulation, account churning across venues to exploit errors, and use of stolen credentials. We may void abusive trades and suspend accounts pending review.

4. Margin, Leverage and Liquidation

All CFD trading is on margin. Leverage up to Upto 1:100 may be available depending on instrument, account type and equity — see Leverage and All Conditions. You must maintain sufficient margin at all times.

• Margin call and stop-out levels vary by account. Automatic liquidation may close some or all positions without prior notice.
• We may change margin requirements with notice for news, weekends or risk events; you must reduce exposure or add funds promptly.
• Negative balance treatment, if any, is as stated in the Client Agreement and does not constitute a guarantee.

5. Funding, Withdrawals and Payments

Funding and withdrawals are processed through the Portal per Funding and the Refund Policy. Deposits are commission-free from our side, but providers may charge fees.

• Payments must come from accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are rejected and returned less handling costs.
• Withdrawals return to the original source where possible and require completed KYC and no open compliance holds.
• Currency conversion, chargebacks and erroneous credits may be corrected by debit/credit to the trading account.
• Never transfer funds to personal wallets or individuals claiming to represent DOYOS. Verify all routes inside the Portal.

6. Acceptable Conduct and Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, charts and MT5 branding are owned by DOYOS or licensors. You may view and print for personal use but may not copy, scrape, mirror or misrepresent our materials.

• Do not upload malware, attempt to breach security, harvest data, or interfere with platform operation.
• Do not impersonate staff, guarantee returns to others, or provide unlicensed advice using our name.
• We may suspend website or portal access for misuse, security reasons or regulatory instruction.

Partner and IB activity is separately governed by the Partner Agreement and Offer Agreement.

7. Liability, Indemnity and Disclaimers

The website and platform are provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOYOS excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, arising from use of the site, MT5 connectivity, price feeds or delayed execution, except where caused by our wilful misconduct.

You indemnify DOYOS against claims arising from breach of these terms, misuse of credentials, or violation of law. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Risk warnings in Risk Disclosure are incorporated by reference.

8. Governing Law, Mauritius Jurisdiction and Complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. The courts of Mauritius have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to regulatory complaint routes. DOYOS Global Ltd is authorised and Regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC), License GB24101245.

If you are dissatisfied, contact Contact Us first, then follow the formal Complaint Policy. We may amend these terms with website notice; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any clause is invalid, the remainder continues in force.
