FAQs
Are my funds segregated?
Yes. Client money is kept in segregated accounts apart from company funds and is never used for operational purposes.
Can I lose more than I deposit?
Retail accounts benefit from negative balance protection. Leveraged trading is still high-risk — read the Risk Disclosure and practise risk management.
How are withdrawals protected?
Payouts go back to the verified source account after identity checks. See Funding & Withdrawal and the Refund Policy.
Where can I verify the licence?
See License & Regulations (FSC GB24101245 / C188915) and contact us with any questions.
