1. Execution Venues and Principal Model
1.1 All client orders are executed over-the-counter with DOYOS Global Ltd acting as principal counterparty, not on a regulated exchange or central clearing venue. Prices quoted in MT5 (desktop,
Android,
Mac/iOS and
Web) are DOYOS prices derived from pooled liquidity providers, and may differ from other venues.
1.2 We may hedge aggregated client exposure with tier-1 liquidity providers at our discretion. Hedging does not alter the bilateral nature of your contract with DOYOS. We do not guarantee depth, continuity or availability of any underlying market, particularly for
Crypto CFDs,
Share CFDs and
Indices outside exchange hours.
2. Execution Factors: Price, Cost, Speed and Likelihood
2.1 When executing orders we consider price, costs (spread, commission, swap), speed, likelihood of execution and settlement, size, market impact and order nature. For retail clients, total consideration (price plus costs) is generally the primary factor, subject to instrument and market conditions.
- Price: bid/ask streamed per Specifications and Spreads; variable spreads widen with volatility and low liquidity.
- Cost: commissions on eligible Individual Account and corporate accounts, swaps or Swap-Free fees, and currency conversion where applicable.
- Speed / likelihood: automated straight-through processing in normal markets; manual review may apply for large sizes, illiquid symbols or risk events.
- Size: large orders may be filled in clips at successive prices (partial fills).
2.2 Specific instructions (for example a limit price or fill-or-kill flag) take precedence and may prevent us from achieving a better alternative outcome.
3. Order Types and Handling
3.1 MT5 supports market execution, limit (buy limit / sell limit), stop (buy stop / sell stop), stop-limit, stop-loss and take-profit, including trailing stops that run locally on your terminal.
- Market orders execute at the next available price and may slip in fast markets.
- Limit orders execute at your price or better, but are not guaranteed to fill.
- Stop and stop-loss orders become market orders on trigger and execute at the next available price, which may be worse than requested after gaps.
- Pending orders may be rejected if margin is insufficient, the instrument is in break or close-only mode, or price is within freeze/stop levels.
4. Slippage, Requotes, Gaps and Corporate Actions
4.1 Slippage is symmetric and may be positive or negative. It occurs most often during high-impact data, central bank decisions, market open/close, and low-liquidity rollover. Limit orders cap negative slippage but increase non-fill risk.
4.2 Weekend and overnight gaps: pending and stop orders held over close are executed at the first available price after reopen, which may differ materially. Share and index CFDs adjust for dividends, splits and mergers; details are announced on the website and reflected in equity and margin.
4.3 Manifest errors (clearly erroneous quotes) may be corrected or voided. Latency abuse or exploitation of errors breaches the
Client Agreement and may lead to trade cancellation.
5. Monitoring, Review and Client Consent
5.1 We monitor execution quality daily, including spreads, slippage symmetry, requote rates, rejection reasons and latency across MetaTrader 5 server routes. Liquidity and feed providers are reviewed periodically and this Policy is updated at least annually or after material change.
5.2 By trading with us you consent to execution outside a regulated market and to this Policy as amended with website notice. For execution queries, contact
Contact Us; for formal disputes, follow the
Complaint Policy.
