1. KYC Verification and Beneficial Ownership
We apply risk-based Customer Due Diligence (CDD) before activating deposits or withdrawals. Standard checks include government photo ID, proof of address dated within 3 months, liveness/selfie, and verification of phone and email. Corporate, PAMM and IB applicants must provide certificates of incorporation, directors/shareholder registers, and ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) IDs for holdings of 10% or more.
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) applies to higher-risk cases: politically exposed persons (PEPs), high-risk jurisdictions, complex structures or large funding. We may request source of funds/wealth (payslips, bank statements, sale contracts), purpose of account, and face-to-face or video verification.
2. Ongoing Monitoring and Transaction Screening
All relationships are monitored continuously, not only at onboarding:
- Real-time screening of deposits, withdrawals, transfers and MT5 trading patterns for structuring, layering, round-tripping and inconsistent activity.
- Periodic KYC refresh, adverse-media checks and re-verification when documents expire or behaviour changes.
- Risk scoring by country, product, channel and volume; higher-risk accounts receive closer review and lower thresholds.
- Payment controls: same-name rule, no third-party deposits, withdrawals to source, and manual review of mismatched names, crypto routes or frequent method changes.
Suspicious patterns may lead to holds, requests for explanation, reversal of internal transfers, or closure, without tipping off the subject where the law prohibits disclosure.
3. Sanctions, PEP and Restricted Jurisdictions
We screen clients, UBOs, directors and transactions against UN, EU, UK, US OFAC and other applicable sanctions, PEP and watchlists at onboarding and daily thereafter.
We do not onboard or maintain accounts for sanctioned persons, shell banks, or persons in prohibited jurisdictions including USA, Iraq, Iran, India, UAE, Russia and North Korea, except where law strictly requires freezing rather than rejection.
Matches are escalated to Compliance for verification, potential freezing, and reporting. IBs and corporate introducers must not circumvent geographic or sanctions controls — see Partner Agreement and License.
4. FIU Reporting, Record-Keeping and Governance
Our Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) reviews alerts and files Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Mauritius Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) where required, and cooperates with the FSC and law enforcement. Records of ID, transactions, communications and reports are retained for at least 7 years.
Controls include board oversight, annual independent review, staff vetting and training, segregation of duties, and audit trails in the Portal and MT5.
We never disclose that an STR was filed (no tipping-off).
5. Your Duties as a Client
- Provide truthful KYC and promptly update changes; do not use false documents or front for another person.
- Fund only from your own bank, card or wallet in your legal name; never allow third parties to trade or fund your account without a separately approved managed mandate (see AMS/PAMM).
- Explain source of funds when asked and cooperate with reviews; delays extend processing times.
- Report suspected fraud, impersonation of DOYOS, or requests to send money to personal accounts via Contact Us or Complaints.
Failure to cooperate, material misrepresentation, or confirmed abuse may result in refusal, suspension, closure and reporting to authorities. Funding remains subject to the
Refund Policy.
